Danny Gerow met Jose Richy two years ago while on vacation in Cuba with his family. It was love at first sight. Ever since, Danny has been back to Cuba as often as possible!
With love knowing no boundaries, the two became engaged and promised their lives to each other. Unfortunately, the immigration process is a long and costly one and gay marriage is not recognized in Cuba. Jose is unable to come to Canada without a Canadian visa and this process is proving to be a challenge for them.
This fundraiser is to help raise funds for the immigration and legal fees to bring Jose to Canada! Every little bit counts and gets us one step closer to getting Jose here. Please come out and support!
