BIO – The Gazoline adventure began way back in 2006, but really started in 2012 with the release of their EP, Futurbabymama. That same year, with fun in mind, the ambitious Saguenay survivors moved to the big city, ready to be inspired by Montreal’s nocturnal crowd. That change of environment gave a new identity to Gazoline and helped shape their first LP, simply called Gazoline, which came out in March of 2014.
After crisscrossing Canada with their incandescent music, the band was nominated for Rock album of the Year at ADISQ 2014 and for Emerging French Artist of the Year at the Sirius XM Awards 2013. These nods helped to put them on the road pretty much full time for a year, which included stop at most major Quebec festivals and all the clubs that would have them.
Gazoline hit the road on their first full cross-Canada tour in April of 2015 followed by some downtime to focus on writing and recording. From those sessions came the second LP, Brûlensemble, which was released on September 16th, 2016 and highlights their new wave-infused brand of rock.
