Ribfest orignated in 2012 we brought in 4 Ribbers from Southern Ontario to compete for Best Ribs. That weekend was a very busy weekend… bringing 20,000 people to the Downtown! Now in it’s 7th Anniversary, Ribfest 2018 hopes to have 25,000 – 30,000 people to taste the ribs, have some fun and to enjoy the entertainment.
This year we have the Red River Rumble Motorcycle Show sponsored by Canadian Tire and the Red River Rumble Car Show sponsored by Autohome. This event will take place on Sunday, August 26, along Cumberland Street.
The always popular Strongman (qualifying event) and Crossfit competitions will take place on Saturday, along with the Taranis Excavator Challenge. And we’ve something for the littles as well! Join us Sunday afternoon for the Kub Kar event – and see what our youngest fans have been up to!!
